Return and Refund Policy

Bikka Bee's & Co. goes to extremes to assure that the quality of our products is exceptional. If you feel that your purchase has a defect please contact us.


Our return policy:

  • Items must be returned within 20 days of receipt.
  • Returned Items must be in  the same physical condition as they were received by the customer.
  • Please include a note with the reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product).
  • Please contact customer service at info@bikkabeesfreshies.com in order to process a return. 
  • Items will be replaced or a refund of purchase price will be initiated after inspection of the item.
